Amico e sodale di Gianni Celati, Talon rievoca il periodo in cui insieme traducevano Henri Michaux e i suggerimenti generosamente forniti dallo stesso Celati per la traduzione di Un uomo che dorme (2009), realizzata dal solo Talon.

Author Biography

Jean Talon Sampieri

Jean Talon Sampieri is born and lives in Bologna, Italy. He was among the editors of the magazine "Il Semplice, almanacco delle prose"; he edited and translated works by Henri Michaux and Georges Perec, and co-edited with Ermanno Cavazzoni the Compagnia Extra series for Quodlibet (2008-2020). He is among the authors of the volume of novelle rewritten in today's Italian Novelle stralunate dopo Boccaccio (Quodlibet 2012). In 2016 he published Incontri coi selvaggi (Quodlibet), and in 2019 he edited Narrative in fuga di Gianni Celati (Quodlibet). He has published short stories in the magazine "Nuova Téchne," and articles for "Doppiozero" and "Libération."
